CrossFit Jumps

TEEN CLASSES

At Sixty7Six Strength & Conditioning, we offer specialised teen classes designed for kids aged 9-16. Our small classes, held twice a week, focus on foundational movements such as squats, deadlifts, bench press, and power cleans. Alongside these, we introduce fun skills like rope climbs and cartwheels. Our goal is to inspire teens to be proud of what their bodies can achieve, rather than focusing on appearance. Through our strength and conditioning classes, they will develop body awareness, build resilience, form friendships, and gain confidence. Join us to help your teen embark on a fitness journey that nurtures both their physical and mental well-being

Yoga classes

Our gym's amazing instructor creates a yoga flow that not only helps keep the stressful days away but also rejuvenates the body. Join us for our weekly yoga class that focuses on relaxation, stretching all those sore muscles, and bringing a sense of calm to our community. You don't have to be a member to attend as casual classes are available. Find the perfect between strength and conditioning and relaxation with us!

Our coaches are highly experienced in a variety of fitness disciplines, including CrossFit, strength and conditioning, body, yoga, Les Mills, pre and postnatal exercise, and injury management.
