Work, kids, deadlines — it’s a lot.
But tonight, you’ve got yoga.
It’s your hour.
No noise.
No rushing.
Just you, your breath, and a chance to reset.
You roll out your mat.
Coach Laura cues you into movement.
Stretching out the tension.
Breathing space into tight shoulders and a busy mind.
By the end, you feel it.
