MINDSET - Not every cloud lifts on its own. Sometimes, we need someone else to help us see the sky again.

There are weeks when everything feels a little heavier. You can’t quite explain it, but it’s like there’s a cloud sitting on your shoulders—quiet, constant, and hard to shake. It makes even the simple things feel harder. You still show up, still go through the motions, but it’s not light. It’s not easy.

That’s where community matters.

Sometimes we need someone else to hold space. A coach to check in. A friend to smile mid-workout. A teammate to say, “Hey, I’ve been there too.” Asking for support isn’t weakness—it’s a skill. One that takes courage, self-awareness, and strength of a different kind.

So, if you're carrying something this week, know this: you're not meant to do it alone. There are people around you who care. Lean in. Let them lift a little of that weight. The sky is still there—even if you need a hand to see it.
