Life hands all of us a mix of things—good days, difficult moments, unexpected setbacks, and small wins that sometimes go unnoticed. We don’t always get to choose what happens. Work gets stressful, plans change, people disappoint us, and things don’t always go the way we imagined.


What we do get to choose is what we carry with us afterwards.


Do we carry resentment, frustration, and the weight of every bad moment? Or do we carry the lessons, the perspective, and the parts that help us grow stronger and wiser?


The same is true in the gym and in life. Not every workout will feel great. Not every week will go to plan. But the power isn’t in controlling every outcome—it’s in deciding what stays with you.


So this week, pay attention to what you carry forward.
