MINDSET – “What grows is often what you choose to notice.”

It’s easy to focus on what’s missing.
The workout you skipped.
The goal you haven’t reached yet.
The habits that still need work.
The ways you feel like you could be doing more.
For so many of us, our minds naturally drift toward what we’re getting wrong — as if progress only comes from constant self-correction.
But what if growth also comes from recognising what you’re already doing right?
The days you did show up.
The better choices you have been making.
The boundaries you’ve started setting.
The strength you’ve built that once felt impossible.
This doesn’t mean ignoring where you want to improve. It means giving equal attention to the evidence that you are already moving forward.
Because when all you do is focus on what’s wrong, you miss the momentum of what’s already working.
And sometimes, confidence isn’t built by fixing yourself — it’s built by finally giving yourself credit.
So this week, don’t just ask, “What do I need to do better?”
Also ask, “What am I already doing well?”
You might be growing more than you realise.
