Min 3: Max Burpees
Min 4: Max Wall Balls 20lb/14lb
Min 5: Rest
Purpose/Movement standards: This workout is all about the max reps for 3 movements. The score is the combined total of all the reps. Set the pace in the first round and match or beat each round after that.
