Double Unders
Time Cap: 18 minutes
BEG: 43kg/25kg

Purpose/Movement standards: The main focus of this workout is barbell cycling. Make sure you pick a weight you can hold onto at least 4 reps of each under fatigue. Use the legs to drive the barbell in the hang clean or you will run out of shoulders and forearms for the skipping. This will be heavy forearm, especially flicking for double unders. If you do not have double unders - do double singles.
