Workout: Every 7 mins x 3 rounds

  • 21/18 Cal Row

  • 6 Burpees Over Bar

  • 6 Toes to Bar

🟡 Power Snatch Tips:Start with your lats on, bar close, and push the ground away with your legs. Full extension → punch the bar overhead → catch in a quarter squat. Scott’s rep… questionable. 😂

🟡 Burpee Options:Jump out, jump in, two-foot hop over the bar. Or step it out if you’re scaling. Just no worming! We’re not at the beach. 🏖️

🟡 Toes to Bar Breakdown:It’s not just core — it’s all about control through the shoulders and lats. Start with kips, leg raises, or single-leg touches. Build the movement, earn the rep. (And yes, I gave Scott a no-rep. Again.)
