MINDSET - Overtraining and doing nothing lead to the same place—burnout or stagnation. Progress lives in the space between.

We often celebrate the hustle—training hard, pushing limits, going all in. But there’s a fine line between dedication and overdoing it. Just like doing nothing can stall your progress, doing too much without enough rest can leave you run down, mentally flat, and physically burnt out.
Training is about balance. The magic happens in that middle ground where effort meets recovery. Where consistency is paired with patience. Where your body has time to rebuild, your energy has time to return, and your motivation can stay alive.
If you’ve been feeling flat, sore, or just off lately—it might not be a lack of effort. It might be a sign to pause, breathe, and let your body catch up to your ambition.
Remember: progress doesn’t always mean pushing harder. Sometimes, it means training smarter.
