🔥 Toes-to-Bar Warm-Up



Before we jump into gymnastics movements like toes-to-bar, we take the time to warm up properly — and for good reason.


In this video, Coach Jade walks members through a structured warm-up on the rig, starting with:

• Scap pull-ups to activate the shoulders

• Beat swings to find rhythm and control

• Bigger kips to build range and confidence

• Then progressing to your version of toes-to-bar — knee raises, high legs, or full T2B


The focus here isn’t speed — it’s shoulder engagement, lat activation, and learning how the kip actually works.


Spoiler: it’s not about the legs… it all starts in the shoulders.


Good warm-ups help us move better, lift smarter, and feel more confident when the workout begins.
