Hang with Scott and IĀ as we break down more movements from our 12 Days of Christmas WOD — this time covering push-ups, pull-ups, toes-to-bar, and lunges, with plenty of coaching cues (and a bit of festive chaos šŸ˜…).


We chat through:

šŸ’Ŗ Push-ups — no worming, no party pumps. Quads tight, chest to the floor, push the ground away. Scale smart with knees or hand-release if needed.

šŸ‹ļø Pull-ups — chin over the bar, control the movement. If you’re learning, jumping pull-ups with slow negatives are your best friend.

šŸ”„ Toes-to-Bar — it’s all in the lats and shoulders, not just the legs. Push away, stay tight, let the toes meet the bar.

🚶 Lunges — forward or reverse, knee to the floor, drive through the glutes to stand tall. No collapsing, no tipping forward.


This workout isn’t about rushing — it’s about moving well, choosing smart options, and staying consistentĀ as the rounds build.
